Privacy Policy

Effective October 2, 2026. Elevant Hotels, LLC.

What we collect

Property owners. What you type into the owner form: your name, email, phone number, property name, location, number of rooms and your message.

Investors. On our investment pages, what you enter as you go: your answers to the accredited-investor and risk acknowledgment questions, the name you type to acknowledge them, and, if you ask to hear more, your name, email, phone number, investment range, timing, investing entity and experience.

Like any website, our host briefly sees your IP address and browser details when a page loads.

Cookies

No tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. After you complete the investor acknowledgment, we set one cookie that keeps the offering details open for you for six hours. It holds no personal information and is deleted when it expires.

How we use it

To reply to you, evaluate your property or your interest in an offering, and, if we move forward together, to work with you. We never sell or share your information for advertising, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Who handles it

  • Resend delivers form submissions to our team by email.
  • Railway hosts the website.
  • Google Fonts serves some of the site's typefaces, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads.

They handle it only to provide those services to us.

How long we keep it

As long as we are in conversation or working together, and as long as we need it for our records or legal obligations after that. Ask and we will delete what we are not required to keep.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete the information you have sent us, email us. We will not treat you differently for asking. California residents have these rights under the CCPA.

Because this site does not track you, browser “Do Not Track” and Global Privacy Control signals change nothing here: there is nothing to switch off.

Children

This site is for property owners and investors and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version goes on this page with a new effective date.
