The Five Property Criteria
1. Prime Coastal or Roadside Location
Beachfront, waterfront, or high-traffic leisure corridor. If you have a desirable location, we can provide demand.
2. 40–150 Keys
Our design playbook and operational model is built for independent boutique properties.
3. Independently Owned & Operated
We partner directly with owners and can turbo charge your independent property. Properties currently locked in franchise agreements may not qualify at this time.
4. Transformation-Ready Mindset
The Elevant model requires owners who are open to design-led renovation and brand alignment. This is a partnership, not a management takeover.
5. Existing Guest Base or Market Demand
A proven location with existing occupancy history. We amplify what’s already working — we don’t start from zero foot traffic.
